Expo / Bib Collection
Collect your race kit on Saturday.
The Expo window is only four hours. Participants are requested to collect their kit within the given time.

Participants who cannot visit Expo may authorise someone to collect the kit on their behalf.

Important bib collection note
Full race kits will not be distributed on race day morning. If you miss Expo, only bib numbers will be available at the venue between 4:30 AM and 5:45 AM.

Venue: Felix Plaza, NH 48, Sector 82A, Gurugram. Participants should arrive early, follow marshal instructions and be ready before the 6:00 AM flag-off.

Bib number window
Bib numbers only will be available for participants who missed Expo collection.

Relay flag-off
5KM and 4KM runners go first. Other relay members wait for their baton handover.
After Finish
Finisher medal
Participants receive finisher medals as soon as they complete their run.

Breakfast service
Chilled drinks and hot breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM onwards.
Next Day
Timing certificate
Timing certificates will be available online a day after the event.
Relay Run Format
How your relay team will run.
Each team receives one relay baton. The previous runner must hand it over to the next runner after completing their assigned leg.

Flag-off instruction
At 6:00 AM, 5KM and 4KM runners will go first. Other team members must wait for their teammate to finish and receive the baton before starting their leg.
Route & U-Turns
Know your turn-back point.
The route length is 2.5KM. Runners must follow direction markers and route marshals at every turn.

Water Stations
There are aid and energy stations at regular intervals along the route and in the assembly area.
Route Support
Direction markers and route marshals will guide participants on the route and at every turn.
Traffic Control
The route is planned to have minimum or no traffic. Participants must still follow marshal instructions.

Sufficient parking is available at Felix Plaza. Parking attendants will guide vehicles systematically.

Top 3 ranked teams
